1. Eligibility for Return

We want you to love your purchase from The Thread Fashion Attire. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Custom-made, altered, or sale/discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items damaged due to wear, misuse, or improper care will not be accepted.

2. Return Process

Contact us via WhatsApp at 9369755150 or email support@thethreadfashionattire.com within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.
Our support team will confirm return eligibility and share pickup or shipping instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the product, your return or exchange will be processed.

3. Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via store credit or bank transfer.
Please note: Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or style, subject to stock availability.
If your requested item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit for future use.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly share unboxing photos or a short video for verification.

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost once verified.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team.
Once an order is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted — please initiate a return instead.
