2. Eligibility for Return



You can request a return under the following conditions:


  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags, packaging, and labels intact.
  • Products purchased during sale or clearance, or custom-made and altered items, are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Items damaged due to improper care or wear and tear will not qualify for return.






3. Return Process

  2. Mention your order number, product name, and reason for return.
  3. Our support team will review your request and share return shipping or pickup instructions.
  4. Once the item reaches us and passes quality inspection, we will process your refund or exchange.






4. Refunds



  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via store credit or bank transfer.
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.






5. Exchange Policy



  • Exchanges are offered for a different size, color, or design, depending on availability.
  • If the requested item is not available, we will issue a store credit valid for future purchases.






6. Damaged or Incorrect Items



If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.


  • Share unboxing photos or a short video as proof.
  • We will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.






7. Cancellations



  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery.






8. Non-Returnable Items



The following items cannot be returned or refunded:


  • Custom-made or altered garments
  • Discounted or sale items
  • Gift cards and accessories
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
