2. Eligibility for Return
You can request a return under the following conditions:
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags, packaging, and labels intact.
- Products purchased during sale or clearance, or custom-made and altered items, are not eligible for return or refund.
- Items damaged due to improper care or wear and tear will not qualify for return.
3. Return Process

- Mention your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Our support team will review your request and share return shipping or pickup instructions.
- Once the item reaches us and passes quality inspection, we will process your refund or exchange.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 5β7 business days after product inspection.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via store credit or bank transfer.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are offered for a different size, color, or design, depending on availability.
- If the requested item is not available, we will issue a store credit valid for future purchases.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share unboxing photos or a short video as proof.
- We will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
- Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-made or altered garments
- Discounted or sale items
- Gift cards and accessories
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
